Smokers with knee arthritis!!may be a lungs cancer patient

Scientists and researchers have found out that isolated knee arthritis may be early symptom of lung cancer.
Smokers with knee arthritis problem should alert their doctors. This was not revealed previously. During the study period, 6654 patients were seen for various rheumatic disorders, including 296 with isolated knee arthritis. In five of these patients (1.7 percent), the arthritis appeared to be the first sign of lung cancer.

Those five patients had a long smoking history. The lung cancer were cured surgical operation. It is a matter of note that when lung cancer was cured,the isolated knee arthritis also vanished. This shows that two are linked.

The researchers advised doctors to have a chest-X-RAY whenever they find a patient with smoking habit has a knee problem
